MD cGPA 3.81 sGPA 3.72 What are my chances/feedback?

Hello,
I am a African female. Doing my undergrad in Arizona. just wanted to know of my chances and if you have any feedback on the school list
Major: Chemistry
Minors: Biochemistry, Business Administration, and 2D Art
cGPA: 3.81
sGPA: 3.72
MCAT: Taking July 17th....hoping to score in the top percentile
EC's:
Shadowing: 60 hours, surgeons and primary care physician

Research: around 160 hours. Did two separate projects, under two different programs (no publications).

Volunteering: Week Medical Brigade
Clinic only 23 hours because I just started this summer (cant put in too many hours due to studying for MCAT)
Raised money for the American Lung Association for 6 years (family endeavor)
Church Youth Group

Leadership: Secretary for African Student Association Club, do volunteering in the club as well
Resident Assistant for two years
Preceptor- helped tutor students in chemistry
Chemistry Department mentor
Accepted to attend a diversity conference

Jobs: Teaching Assistant( taught a general chemistry lab class)
Grader/Proctor for Nursing Chem course
Other part time jobs (cashier, library clerk, desk assistant)

Hobbies: Volleyball/Art

LOR's: 2 science faculty who taught me, in process of obtaining third
Resident Assistant supervisor
African Student Association faculty fellow
Lab Post doc (not principal investigator because the post doc observed me and mentored me during my program)
Church Youth Group Leader

School List: Most are just picked on locations that I think I will like, but if you have any advice as to which to keep or add I would appreciate it.

It depends on your MCAT really. If you can get 514+ then your list is fine. Also depending on your state, UWash may not be worth it.

Yeah they are on the low side. Make sure to continue to beef them up and update schools. You can also input "future hours" in AMCAS. I think since your shadowing and other activities are good you will be okay overall. Right now the success of your current list really depends on your MCAT. You have a lot of big names on there and they will like to see a 90%+ score (this is taking into account your URM status).

You should still be competitive for lower tiers and maybe some middle tiers but the JHU's Stanford's and Penn's of the world have to go from your list. URM admission works far differently than for others so I don't usually chime in with specific schools, Goro can help with that. You can still be competitive but you really need to apply ASAP.

should I retake the test. I was in the 80th and 90th percentile for the Chem and Bio, but fell way short in CARS(33) and Psych(55).

If i don't retake the test, how do I decipher which middle tier schools. My score doesn't seem to be in the range of many.

The verbal is low and translates to around a 7. Are you applying this cycle?

Re-taking the MCAT will serve zero purpose for this cycle. I'll leave Goro or someone in the know with specific advice because I just don't know enough about URM admission to give you sound insight.

Edit: My guess though is that you can still be competitive this cycle, particularly at lower tiers and maybe some of the middle ones. Do get those apps in ASAP.
