Are my ECs good enough to offset my MCAT?

    GPA:
I go to a top 20 school (international rankings) that's known for grade deflation
MCAT: I scored around 13.5/10/13.5 on my practice MCATs and was really disappointed by my biology score.

Given this and the ECs on my MDApps, do you think I have a chance for interviews at some of these top tier schools?
    - UPenn (sister goes to Wharton)
    - WashU (PI used to be a prof there)
    - Yale
    - Columbia (sister worked there for last 6 years so I have a lot of connections with the city)
    - Harvard
    - Dartmouth

Overall, I feel like I have fairly strong ECs, personal statement, and GPA, but I'm very paranoid about the MCAT.

There's not much to say. Good chance for interviews at those schools.

I felt like I had a good chance when I was scoring 37's and 38's on the practice MCATs but then I got far below my expected score so I was wondering if the rest of my app was adequate to offset the 35

You seriously need to add some more schools. Without knowing the rest of your application, I only count one school where your odds are fair to good.
    Are you an international applicant?

I'm Canadian so I'm mostly applying to Canadian schools. For American schools, I'm just going for the reach ones since it's not worth the extra 25k/year otherwise :p
