Come to Buffalo! That is probably your cheapest route since you are in-state. You have a great shot if you apply. Really, I think you have a great shot anywhere if you apply early. What it will come down to is what you are willing to spend in order to further your education. Less for state school or more for Harvard or BU or MWU...Your list is comprised of all great schools BTW.

If I were you I would remove midwestern/USC unless you really want to go there. I would perhaps add Maryland, Temple, Pittsburgh. Unless you get scholarships, you will save a lot of money going to Stony Brook or Buffalo (like me and poster above lol). Your stats are good, and you have reach, match, and "safety" schools in your mix.

Lol you're worrying with stats like those? If you're smart enough to get scores like those, you should be smart enough to know your chances.

Now get out of here troll.

Thanks for the replies everyone. I'm actually trying to cut down on # of schools. I'm thinking about taking out USC, UW, and maybe Midwesterns as well.
I feel NYU, Tufts, and Boston are absolute must's as "backup" schools from what I've observed from this site...
As for adding Pittsburgh and Maryland, I thought they were OOS unfriendly?

Any suggestions on which schools to take out/add other than the ones already mentioned?

Updated list of schools:

NYU
Columbia
Penn
SUNY Stony Brook and Buffalo (state schools)
Tufts
Boston University

get rid of BU, imo

apply to texas schools
Do you mind explaining why I should remove BU? And I seriously doubt I have a shot at TX schools since they heavily favor in-state applicants.

If you're willing to move to TX, I'd throw one in there for the sake of tuition. A 3.3 and 18AA would be a waste of money there. But I think you're stacked enough to throw the dice and maybe be one of the rare exceptions. Then again, I'm betting you'll get some assistance on tuition at other shools (scholarship style).

with your stats, theres no point in applying to BU.

i'd apply to tx because you'd be competitive even as an OOS.

if i were you, i would add penn and some other solid state schools like maryland.

I would add UNC.. Most everyone I've talked to said OOS students get in-state tuition after a year to
1 1/2 yrs. Same as UConn!

your pat is really low. i'd retake the dat before applying if i were you.

If I were you, I'd add back Harvard and UoP.
