Pretty good ECs
Don't retake MCAT
Unlikely for NW and Pritzker, but no harm in 2 reaches
Aim for mids in nearby Midwestern states

Your stats are solid as they are. Other schools to check into for "fit":
Iowa, UMinn, maybe Indiana
MCW, SUNY Downstate, UMaryland, UConn, Stony Brook,
UWisc, Cincinnati, Jefferson, Virginia Tech, Temple, Albany,
Toledo, Wake, Creighton, Nebraska, NYMC, Vermont, Hofstra (newer)
Wayne, Wright, MSU, Oakland (newer in MI),

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. Here is my list after some initial research:

Loyola
UIllinois
Rush
Rosalind Franklin
Northwestern
UChicago
Southern Illinois

UMinn
UWisc
Indiana U
MCW
Cincinnati
Vermont
Albany
Drexel
Qunninpiac
George Washington
Georgetown
Hofstra
Jefferson
Mayo
NYMC
Oregon
Penn State
Stony Brook
Temple
UConn
UMaryland
Boston
Einstein
Ohio State
SUNY Downstate
SLU
Tufts
UWashington
UColorado

I realize I'll probably cut out a few schools. Any suggestions on which schools to remove or change?

UColorado favors those of nontraditional age, but at least you may well have the 400+ hours of clinical experience they like to see. UWashington is very OOS unfriendly unless you are regional. BU, GW, and Georgetown get massive numbers of applications (>10,000 each). Hopefully, you are aware of SIU's preference for downstaters (south of I-80).

Throw in CCOM and MarionCOM since they're in your backyard. I'd remove SUNY Downstate, U MD, U WI, U Conn, Stony Brook, U MN, MSU. Also add SLU, VCU, EVMC, Penn State, Drexel, Temple, GWU, and all other new MD programs not on the list below.

Are these listed schools very OOS unfriendly? I'm a MN resident but was really thinking about Vermont...
