Please help me with a realistic 20-30 school list and a few reach schools that would accept a low GPA - average MCAT + good extracurricular student

  1. 3.5 cGPA and 3.10 sGPA - upward trending starting ~3.0 cGPA and graduating with ~3.8 average last 2 years
  2. 511 126 / 127 / 130 / 128
  3. CA resident and student
  4. White - 1st Generation
  5. Liberal Arts college top in nation CA
  6. Clinical Experience - 100+ hours in ICU + ER at Major Hospital (Volunteer) \ 1 year shadowing / clinical research in private psychiatry clinic \ 6 month clinical research and physical therapy in hospital with largely underrepresentated population (2nd publication)
  7. Research - Clinical research as mentioned above / summer internship doing pharmacology + neuropsychiatry research (1st publication) - 1 year clinical research (post graduation) at major lab with multiple poster presentations doing psychiatry clinical research with global health applications
  8. Shadowing experience - 100 + hours in ICU and ER \ 1year in private psychiatry clinic
  9. Volunteer - Worked with nonprofit organization and basketball team to educate/speak/play bball with children in low-ses underprivileged population through bball team also worked at various food banks etc in local community
  10. 4 year basketball player and starter w leadership position
  11. Multiple awards for basketball (all conference all state etc)
  12. Trilingual including spanish with significant upward trend in GPA took MCAT post-grad to continue upward trend will have strong letters of rec from supervisors / advisors from medical school professors at UC medical schools (psychiatry / psychology department)

You have a good list. The Arizona schools, Rutgers, Miami accept very few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. You could add these schools instead:
Penn State
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin
The GPA-MCAT grid shows you have only a 50% chance for a MD acceptance with your stats so apply to at least 6 DO schools also.
