Chances at IM or peds in the ACGME world...

Hi everyone!

I am a 4th year DO student applying currently, and I had a question about my chances. I had a poor step 1. I had a 207 step 1. Also a 506 comlex level 1. I have gotten both my step 2 scores- 243 usmle step 2 and 590 comlex level 2. What are my chances at ACGME Peds or IM?

There's the stats for you. You should be fine if you apply broadly and wisely; IM and peds are not especially competitive. Many top programs won't give you the light of day because of DO and low step 1, but you shouldn't have a hard time matching somewhere.
