Chances at MD schools in the Northeast

I failed organic chemistry which was a 5 credit course the first time around which heavily influenced my GPA. got a B- on it and on Orgo 2. I have only taken the required science courses and graduated this past fall.
Extensive shadowing experience (200 hrs+) under two different doctors. ~100 hrs clinical research experience. Charity work with orphans, starteda pretty successful online business during my junior year and some other basic EC's

Basically what do you guys feel my chances for schools in NY, NJ, PN and MA
