Fix your study habits and grades abenerjee. Concept mapping is a good idea, it makes the dry memorization a bit easier. Chemistry and physics requires concept mapping and application, with a heavier emphasis on application. I will tell you this though, if you are having trouble getting through undergrad right now, graduate school might feel like hell so I suggest finding a long term fix asap, everyone has different study styles and strengths
 
@RxStudentatUB: I already know that I might have trouble in grad school. But you don't have to confirm it. I could change and do better for all I know. One of my chemistry professors had a 2.5 gpa in undergrad, went to grad school and is now teaching. So please, if you don't want to help and answer the question I have, don't answer at all. It's better off that way.
