chances for a carib grad

What are the chances for a caribbean grad getting a residency in rads. I have upper 250's on step 1 and low 260's step 2. A little rads research, but nothing special. No connections. Good letters of rec. Are high USMLE scores enough to have a good shot at a rads spot at a community hospital or lower tier program? Thanks.

I'm a Carib grad who matched Rads this year. I had a 244 and 241 (but Step 2 score didn't get back till Dec--ie. don't know if it made any difference). I applied to 140 and got 6 interviews. I matched at my #4.

Your scores are awesome and you have research under your belt. Apply widely and interview well and I'm sure you'll match. 250s and 260s are radical... good job... and good luck!
