chances of being selected in AEGD OR GPR due to low gpa?

Hello i am an indian trained endodontist,bds aggregate 54.5%(two attempts),M.D.S aggregate 64%(first attempt)what will be my gpa score?will it be difficult to gain entry in us schools for aegd or gpr?
