Chances of TX resident for these OOS schools

My stats:
cGPA: 3.95
BCPM GPA: 3.92
DAT: 21AA 22TS 19PAT

I want to apply to Rutgers, UNLV and Buffalo so that I can establish in state residency after the 1st year of school. Do you all think that, as a TX resident, I have any chances of getting in these schools?

I think Faux is referring to me. You have a chance to get an interview for Buffalo. I spoke with the associate dean a few months ago, and he encourages me to do a presentation at my university so that more students apply to Buffalo. Overall, the school accepts a decent amount of applicants out of state, where there are on average a tenth of them in each entering class.
