Hi! I am applying this cycle and would appreciate any feedback as to where I should apply OOS.
Majors: Biology, B.S. and Chemistry, B.S.
Minor: Mathematics
GPA: 3.979 BCPM: 3.8687
MCAT: 31 (9-PS/11-VR/11-BS)
NC Resident
non-URM

Volunteer Activities: health clinic and Salvation Army
Work: tutoring
Research: Conducted research under two separate P.I.'s at my university (biology and chemistry) and completed a research program at a local medical school
Shadowing: at local hospital and a doctor's office

For sure applying to all the in-state schools, except for Duke (I doubt that Duke would accept me). Any suggestions??

Have you purchased the MSAR?

Yes, I just would like someone's input and only want to apply to schools that I have a chance at.
I am considering the SC schools, since they do accept ~15% OOS and my score is above their averages, but I am not sure if the few students they do accept just have very high MCAT scores. Even though my MCAT score is above 30, I still feel bad about it. I'm also not sure if I would be screened out since my PS score is only a 9.

You have a dozen schools that might interview you. That should be enough.
