During the summer months while filling out AMCAS, I had planned to take 4 classes my second semester, one of which being an anatomy class. In order to meet on med schools requirement, I may need to drop the anatomy class (too many hours to take it) and add a simple psych course. Obviously this differs from the plan I had listed in AMCAS for my planned classes second semester senior year. My question: If I change my classes for this semester, how much of a problem will it present in my applications once I hopefully get an acceptance letter somewhere? Thanks for your input.

If you aren't dropping a prereq, it shouldn't be a problem. If you're really concerned, you could email the school(s) before the semester begins.

I agree that it shouldn't be a problem. I listed my tentative course plan on my AMCAS for the entire year and had to change even fall semester's schedule a bit due to a few of the courses conflicting by meeting at the same time during the week. Assuming you still meet the bio requirements for whatever medical school you will be matriculating at, don't worry about it.
