What is the chest x-ray presentation for Aspiration Pneumonia? I'm reading the Respiratory chapter at the moment and I know the three patterns of Pneumonia are Lobar Pneumonia, Bronchopneumonia and Interstitial Pneumonia. The book doesn't really give any explanation as to how Aspiration Pneumonia would present on chest x-ray?

Actually never mind. The book says it presents with right lower lobe abscess. Sorry about that. My mistake.
