Pets are okay! I have a medium-sized well-behaved dog who doesn't bark and sheds minimally. My dog also stays with my brother in a different apartment about half the time.
I keep the place clean. Upon request, I can have a twin bed set up, but you will have to bring sheets. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
