Hello all,
I'm planning to apply for child and adolescent fellowships this cycle. Applications can now be submitted on ERAS, with programs able to receive them on Saturday. My application is almost ready, but I'm still waiting for 2 of my letter writers to submit their letters, and unfortunately, one is on vacation until Monday, so I doubt he will have it done prior to Saturday. I remember for residency, there was a bit of a rush by a lot of people to get their applications in as soon as possible, so I'm wondering how important submitting early actually is for fellowship. I could submit my apps without all the required documents and attach the letter later, but I don't know if that would be the best approach or not. Does anyone have any input on this?
