Child psych fellowships?

I will be applying to child psych fellowships this year..
I am interested in NYU, MT Sinai, Columbia/Cornell, Uof Miami at Jackson..
Would love to get feedback on any of these programs such as
a. how competitive?
b. are fellows happy? do fellows teach residents/med students?
c. ancillary satff at these hospitals.. especially Miami, my number #1 at this point..
d. quality of life in these cities??
