Its a germ cell tumor, so its a tumor that has dedifferentiate into a immature cell line and technically go on to become anything, like a choriocarcinoma, yolk sac tumor, etc.

An even better question is how do men get endometriosis and/or how both sexes get endometriosis in the pleura and other weird locations.

Whats even more amazing is that a girl can get pregnant from oral sex if she gets stabbed in the abdomen... and this girl didn't even have a vagina!
