Hello, I just discovered the name of the condition I've had for many years: circadian rhythm sleep disorder (free-running type).I am not looking for medical advice, but for information of any kind that might not be findable with a quick google search. How often do you see such cases? Is this a problem on its own or is this a symptom of something else (e.g. agoraphobia)?

I have meticulously kept a daily journal since December 2011, including at what time I go to bed and at what time I wake up.My sleep schedule rotates around the clock every month by staying awake a little bit longer every day.I sleep 8 hours a "night", quality of sleep is unaffected, no complaint there.I am not blind.I am in my 30s, male.I have a history of drug and alcohol use, but haven't taken anything for over a decade.Probably agoraphobic.

Thank you!
