Citizenship requirements for US residency

I currently hold HK passport and has a undergraduate degree from a university here at the States.

Here's the question: (and the Atlantic Bridge program webpage was vague about this)

If I go to RCSI and do the USMLE, am I eligible to participate in NRMP? Note: I am neither American or Canadian and getting an Irish medical degree

You should be eligible for a J-1 visa...that's the visa most non-US citizens and Canadians use for residency training in the US.
