Civilian jobs / residencies abroad

Apologies if this has already been discussed, but I have only seen subjects regarding this that are 5 years or so old.

I am a third year dental student partially fluent in German and want to move to Germany for a graduate program (AEGD / GPR equivalence) or to work abroad (US gov't contractor or something). Is there a specific website I should be checking out / a company to get into contact with regarding either of these options?
