Class of 2014!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
I'd need a Valentine to celebrate Valentine's. I think me and my girl friends are going to the movies today though. Does that count?

Counts in my book 😛

I'm just not celebrating Valentine's Day! I don't get to see my boyfriend again for another couple weeks!

Instead, tonight I have to be in this Dancing with the Stars thing. It's going to be fun!

Well at least you'll still be having fun 😎

I'm going out tonight, but not for valentines day.

Yeah 👍 ... we are just going out to eat at a sushi place we randomly go to anyways... the only difference is I have to throw in some flowers and a card this time.

yea i'm watching.

did anyone see that mcdonald's commercial? i haven't seen them target that demographic in a while

I'm full. And I need to stop being a fattie. Sigh. Stupid king cake.

what's king cake? are you still trying to lose 20lbs? i'm down 6 so far, slow but steady🙂

I usually only watch the hockey. I'm not really a big olympics fan, although IMO winter>>summer.

i watch it out of boredom. but some of the things on the olympics are mad random

btw, was that close to 5 posts a min  (i know only 3 are possible per min but yea)

Anyone watching the Olympics?

i was, but then my dad came in and changed it to some war movie🙁 and my brother's using the other nice tv so i'd have to go upstairs and that tv is small and the couch is uncomfortable boo. also, my dad is going deaf and the tv is on sooo loud!

AMG I never looked at this thread! Awesome... enough reading for a month haha I see some of my fellow July 2 MCAT-ers here - congrats!!! 😀

Already drove to San Antonio last week, so nothing for V Day.
anyone watch rooks vs sophs yesterday?
Blair's a beast.
This is king cake: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/King_cake

And yeah, I'm down 7 last I checked. Going pretty slowly, but it's something.
I've run into a wall right about 10-12 down. I've been fluctuating around that zone for a couple of weeks, and am currently on the upswing because of the studying snacks w/ my exam coming up 🙁
Does everyone root for the US in the olympics? I don't:meanie:.
Who else would you root for? 😕

apparently, nbc is broadcasting the winter olympics on tape delay in the west coast, despite the fact that vancouver is ON THE WEST COAST

:wtf:

Finally finished and submitted FAFSA! Need to finish the school-specific forms and that NeedAccess thing though... getting there! 🙂

Do schools send you any kind of confirmation e-mail to show that they've received your finaid forms? Or can I just assume they got it if I entered their school code into FAFSA?

it would be awesome to go to south africa for world cups..

what r u guys future ms1's planning between now and august?!

Mm cake sounds good.

I hit a wall with my weight loss too... but I haven't been to the gym to weigh myself in awhile. Maybe this sickness has helped me get rid of some.

Just got valentines day flowers.... Which is nice and all.. Except for their from this guy that just will NOT get the hint that I'm not interested. We went on ONE date. One.

Month-long tour of Europe in May!

UK to Germany to Liechtenstein, back to Germany, then to Austria to Czech Republic, then flying to Iceland for 2 days and back home! Staying with host families most of the time, which will save money. Always fun to see the culture close-up as well.

It's with my college's band, the ensemble I play sax in tours internationally every 3 years. Freshman year we went to Japan for 3.5 weeks, which was really interesting. Everyone talks about Japan's technology and crazy anime, etc, but nobody talks about how breathtaking a gigantic mountain is right next to the ocean. Beautiful country.

I haven't watched any of the olympics yet. I'll probably start tomorrow since Sunday-Thursday is usually chill/school work time.

Out for some sushhiii.

Hellooooooo.

It is 6 pm. I haven't eaten anything today yet.

fuji mountain is pretty cool, did u get a chance to climb it?

No, but we got some neat views out of the bullet train going through the surrounding countryside. It was in May, so the cherry blossoms were out in full force.

Just got back from cross-country skiing... lots of fun! Snow is a pain, but it's worth it!

evening 🙂
took a nap today cause the weather is ucky.
woke up to find a valentine
how sweet!

Just letting you all know, I have finally fed myself. I know how concerned you all were.
