Classes that don't count toward my major?

Hello

When I switched my major from engineering I had an engineering class (and also a foreign language) that does not go toward my major in bio now. My question is, will they count in my overall GPA when dental schools are considering me? Also, do post secondary credits count in dental school considerations? Thanks for the help!

Yes and yes, every class with a grade attached to it is included.
