Classmate's Chances? 3.3 cGPA/3.0 sGPA/24 MCAT

Hi All,

I have a classmate with the following stats (according to them): 3.30 cGPA, 3.00 sGPA, 24 MCAT (Don't know breakdown).
EC's: Many clubs and EMT experience.
He's very adamant on applying this cycle to a mix of MD/DO programs.
A few of his friends and I were encouraging him to wait another cycle to get his grades up.

1) What is everyone's impressions of his chances?

2) What schools should he apply to if any?

3) Any additional advice for him?

ZERO at MD schools. On life support for most DO schools, mainly the newest ones.

1) What is everyone's impressions of his chances?

ACOM, Pikesville, CUSOM, Wm Carey, PCOM-GA, PCOM (maybe), MUCOM, all three VCOMs, LMU, BCOM,
2) What schools should he apply to if any?

Retake all F/D/C science coursework. Retake MCAT. He'll be much more competitive if he can improve both.
3) Any additional advice for him?
