Does it pose a problem to medical school if you CLEP basic introductory courses like Bio 1 & Chem 1 and take as credit courses Bio 2 & Chem 2 ?

Just want to hear from people who got this experience. I feel like taking Bio1, chem1 in CLEP shortly. I'm confident. Hope it won't affect my pre-med requisites records....

I think CLEP credit isn't accepted at many/most schools. Just take your school's placement test instead.

At my university (and I imagine at most others), the biology CLEP has no college course equivalence, and so only counted towards credits. I took bio 100, AP'd out of bio 101, and then when I realized I only needed 6 credits to graduate early, I took the Bio CLEP for 6 credits. Med schools will not allow you to take the clep instead of taking a premed class, but most will not care if you take it for credits.
