Does anyone know if Cleveland Clinic (main branch) offers signing bonuses to incoming new physicians? I didn't want to ask about it during my interview. Thanks.

Put your big boy pants on and ask them. There is a tactful way to ask about salary, benefits, moving expenses, signing bonuses, and it is an important and expected part of getting a job.

Have they offered you a job? If so, this is a simple question to the HR/recruiter person. You don't even have to bother your future chief.
