Clinical Employment vs. Clinical Volunteering for Med

Hello all, I was wondering whether sustained clinical employment as a clinical support coordinator overseeing 90+ at risk patients (homeless, mentally ill, ect.) in a shelter would be deemed OK by admissions committees in terms of sufficient clinical experience. In addition to the above I am volunteering at clinic in an undeserved area, however, I am worried that the discrepancy between employment hrs and volunteer hrs might be problematic. Any responses appreciated!!

i am not sure what others will say, but i have no clinical volunteering at all - i have over 3000 hours of clinical employment. I did have a lot of other volunteering though, to show my commitment to help the underserved.
