Clinical exam for licensure

I am looking to get information regarding CRDTS/WREB clinical exams.

Specifically, I want to know is there any study material, web sites, or related information to guide how to get prepared for this exam if one has not attended any of the DDS / IDP courses.

Furthermore, I wanted to know how do we get about arranging patients & intruments/equipment for the exams.

Please provide any information regarding this.
