Clinical Experience

So what exactly counts as clinical experience? I've done a lot of shadowing, particularly in the ED. Does shadowing count? I definetly learned a lot, but none of it was hands on.

It counts ... the main idea is to be exposed to typical stuff that goes on in the medical field so that you know what you're getting into.
