"clinically relevant experiences"

hi everyone,
I'm applying for PhD programs in Clinical Psych. I spent a year as a high school teacher, during which I became an informal mentor for many students, and in general dealt with students with a number of issues (anything from Tourette's to body image issues..). Can I include this in my list of "clinically relevant experiences" that one school asks for?
