clubs/organizations question pharmcas

Hi I am doing the Pharmcas application and had a question. It asks for start and end date. I put the end date for all clubs as December of this year since I am still active in the clubs until I graduate this semester. Also for the total hours do I put the amount of hours I plan to attend for this semester or do I just put the amount I have completed till this point?

put blank for end date and put hours completed by the time u submit app.
