So, what kind of extra reading etc. do you guys do relative to the field. I'm sure it varies, but what are some of the best ways in which you guys keep abreast (don't say Playboy! lol) of the latest research or technologies?

OK seriously, I read Current Reviews in Clinical Anesthesia for my CME's. And I read 2 journals: Anesthesiology and Regional Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.
