Hello Everyone:

I was wondering if any can comment on the following scenario......what if one uses a co-signer while being in medical school (3rd year) and consolidates the loans upon graduation. Does this relieves the burden from the co-signer since now after graduation you have consolidated the entire amount under your own name without using the co-signer. Thanx for help friends.

Sincerely

Z

I think it might be possible for you to get it without a cosigner, because you are technically paying back the debt that your cosigners were responsible for.
Does anyone have any experience with this?
Thanks.
