Coaching institute for USMLE preparation in Pakistan?

is there anyone who know any good coaching institutes for usmle preparation in Pakistan.and how much time would someone require to prepare the exam with help of such institutes and if there r some good institutes then plzz give some details about them like how r the classes , teaching , preparation what r their avg results , fee etc
