colored images, MCs and equations in FA=HY?

I was wondering if previous test takers spent much time learning the colored images, Most Commons, and equations at the back of the First Aid book? Would it be better to save these until 2 days before my exam --3 weeks away? or skip it all together?
Is it most productive, ie score-boosting, to just keep reading First Aid?
