Columbia Application, Please Help!

I just started the Columbia Application! Ahhh, I didn't know there was a different format for extracurriculars. What are you guys writing when you list your extracurriculars? Are you writing start date, title, and a short synopsis. Or are you just writing a title? This is confusing!

Are you writing the AMCAS essay for the additional info that you can upload??? ahhhhh
What about our AMCAS extracurricular descriptions, can we include that in this extra document?

i had the same questions. I think uploading your AMCAS essay and post secondary exp. is best. then for the section in the appliction just list your experiences and refer to the document. Speaking of the essayquestions what are you guys doin in 400 words. This question stinks!!
