Columbia secondary: In what collegiate extracurriculars did you engage?

Are they only referring to activities that are affiliated with the college? These are some of the activities I wanted to include:

1. Non-profit co-founder and president
   
   
2. Internship at hospital through my school
   
   
3. School organization member
   
   
4. Research
   
   
5. Meditation
   
   
6. Jewelry making (but I've been doing this since high school)
7. Volunteer abroad
   
8. Shadowing

I'm just not sure how this is any different than my primary app? Can someone plz clarify on which activities I should include/not include. Thanks a lot!

I agree that would be a good resource for you. Look at least year's thread, not the current one. I could be wrong, but I'd interpret the question to refer to activities that are college sponsored/related, which would cut down your list significantly.
