Columbia Turnaround?

Hello all.

I sent in my Columbia application right before the deadline (October 14th) and haven't heard anything from them, except for an e-mail notifying me that my app. was complete. Does the school take a while to notify you? Does anyone know anything about NYU too?

about Columbia, neither I nor another kid I met on the MSTP interview track have heard from these guys (both of us are Columbia grads too). I dont know when he submitted his app, but mine was completed just before their deadline too... due to a mix up with my MCATs, I got an informal email from them saying my application is now complete and that was about two weeks ago.. since then nada.
as for NYU, my (MD) app went complete probably in the first week of november at the end of last week I got a call for an interview. so thats a two week turn around.. not bad at all
