Share home with owner, two dogs and up to three other tenants. Tenants are all in higher education or gainfully employed, responsible and quiet.

Each room is fully furnished with fresh laundered/dry cleaned bedding and towels, refrigerator and furniture. Two full baths and stocked kitchen. You share daily in keeping bath and kitchen clean.
Provided are all utilities, 24/7 high speed fiber optics Wi-Fi, central air/heat. Rent is $550 with additional $40 for supplies to cover all paper products: toilet and facial tissue, hand towels, hand soap, plastic products, washing machine/dryer and detergent/softener.
