Combined Oxford/JHU med program?

I was wondering if anyone has heard of a combined medicine program between Oxford University and Johns Hopkins. Someone I know supposedly got into such a program where she will complete her coursework in the basic sciences at Oxford and then transfer to JHU during her third year to do her clinical rotations. She is a great person but her stats are way down there. Her parents are very well-known members of the scientific community and I am beginning to wonder whether she was given some special privileges. Anyone else heard of this program?
