I did a little of both. They both have relevant questions. The Qbook questions are probably slightly more germane than the website.
Just know your basics...basic infections...basic treatments of infections, ID STD stuff (step II style First Aid basics).
Don't blow off OMM. Get that stupid "everything but OMT book" or whatever it's called. You can read it in an hour and it seems overly simple, but is high yield.
Know your vaginal bleeding......know it.
Know your ethics (mostly intuitive)
Know blood smear slides.
Know basic EKGs.
Knowing now, I would review either (or both) a First Aid step II, or Crush Step II, maybe peruse Boards and Wards.
