COMLEX / USMLE Q Book from Kaplan

I have noticed that there are a few Comlex Part 1 Q-books on ebay. I was wondering if anyone had used this book in the past and found it worthwhile. I'm getting ready for boards and it seems like it would be a great book since there are over 950 questions in it.

The qbook is great. I love how it gives explanations to right and wrong answers. If you are preparing for the COMLEX and USMLE the questions are identical to the USMLE qbook with the exception of 100 additional OMT questions in the COMLEX qbook. I highly recommend this to any student, D.O. or M.D. If they are selling these on ebay don't pass it up.
