AAMC official MCAT review book
Examcrackers 1001 for bio,chem,orgo,physics
AAMC practice tests
School textbooks
Read as much books as I can

Am I missing anything? Im planning on reviewing for 8 months (3 months hard during summer, casually during school)

Get more passages ... TPR science workbook or TBR.

And you are missing Verbal Reasoning ... One of the most important section that needs a lot o practice. Get EK 101 VR and TPRH verbal.

I'm always a little hesitant when people use school textbooks. It's going to require a lot more diligence on your part. You'll also waste a little time sifting through LOTS of stuff that you don't need to know for the MCAT. One great thing about the MCAT subject specific books from these companies is that they ignore all the stuff you don't need to know anymore. They also will prioritize things for you (some of them).
If you're going to stick with the school textbooks, try to be super active about ensuring you only spend time on the important. things.
