Community College GPA & University GPA

I am a transfer student from a CC to a Big U and I need to know if adcomm look at a combined GPA from the two or what? I have a 4.0 at CC and a 3.5 (so far) at my U. Combined they equal around a 3.9. What GPA am I working with, I feel like I have three to choose from....All of my CC classes and grades are on My university transcript so will Adcomms make their own judgement?? Please provide some insight...thanks
