I have some (ok, many, LOL!) questions about the CURRENT ortho programs out there...
1. Which programs are considered better or worse in your opinion and why?
2. Which programs are easier/harder to get into and why?
3. Which programs pay you to attend?
4. Are there any programs that prefer applicants right out of dental school or require/prefer experience?
5. How much emphasis is placed on class rank, board scores, undergrad & dental GPA's, etc. for applicants who are already specialists in other areas wishing to attend ortho?
(I' am specialist/PhD looking to dual specialize--who did not have the hottest ranking & scores back in the day.)
Any help/words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
THANKS A BUNCH!
