Comparison of Editions: Guyton&Hall Textbook of medical Physiology

I was wondering if the different editions of Guyton& Hall are the same by their content or which are the differences between the editions.
I recently bought one on ebay and got a South Asia Edition, same cover as the US Edition, different to the International Edition. The reference book for my exams is the International Edition.
