Selling Princeton Review books (and probably the Kaplan stuff too -- I don't know) is a violation of your contract with Princeton Review (or the contract of the person who got them in conjunction with a class). You have the right to keep them forever, but not to sell them.

In effect, anyone buying these from you will be purchasing stolen goods.
