Complete since July what are my chances of a II?

So, I know this is an extremely school specific question, but I am just curious in general if most schools wait to re-review applicants on hold until after the secondary deadline when they know that they have their entire application pool for a given cycle?

and because of this is there typically a lot of movement with rejections and IIs during the months of Dec. and Jan?

Still have not heard a word from 14 of the schools I have applied to and just trying to gauge what that means

It seems like a lot of the state schools have later II into the winter or move slower in general, thats at least what I noted. It seems from past years that some schools also begin to send rejection in December, some holds also begin to be rereviewed in december (SUNY Upstate etc.) Other than that I have no idea
