completing requirements

How flexible are the admissions committees on the requirements? For example, my school (UCLA) has an inorganic chem series for two quarters and an organic chem series for two quarters. These are the lower div classes that i'm assuming the admissions committees want. So how would i fulfill the "one year of organic chem" requirement that some schools have if my school only offers two quarters of lower division organic chem?

i believe that either the 14 series or the 20/30 series will cover both your general and your organic requirements as long as you finish the series (except for might not need 30CL).
