It's probably because somewhere along the line some company mushed your names together. It's happened to me as well, and I ignore it. As long as they're not associating me with criminal activity, I'm ok with it. It's likely on your credit report as well...again, no big deal as long as it doesn't involve someone else's credit history getting mashed onto yours. You're fine, don't stress about it.
